The purpose of the Advanced Open Water in Cancun is to increase your diving skills by teaching you about the different diving specialties such as wreck diving, deep diving, underwater photography, night diving and many others. Basic Information for the Advanced Dive Certificate in Cancun
The price for the advanced dive course in Cancun is $350 (US dollars). The course will last for three days and you will be provided with all the equipment you will need for your open water dives, Taxes and water on the boat. There will be a total of six dives and five of them are for diving adventures.
In terms of the 5 dive adventures or specialties in your Cancun Diving Certification, you will be given the option to choose 3 of your most preferred ones. The other 2 dive adventures are mandatory, once you complete the advanced open water certification in Cancun, you can dive up to a maximum depth of 130 feet.
